Founded by Cameron Bourne, the business began as a mobile marine service after he and his wife Megan settled in Cooktown in 2016. His background in quality marine workmanship quickly earned him a strong reputation for honest, dependable care.

By 2019, Cameron had secured a workshop and become an authorised Honda Marine dealer. The business has since expanded and now operates with a dedicated local team who share his focus on quality and community.

Today, SeaBourne Outboards supports fishermen, tourism operators and recreational boaters across Cape York, helping keep every vessel safe and seaworthy. Cameron, now raising his family in Cooktown, continues to run the business with the same values he started with: honesty, quality and genuine local care.
